The GC AutoDiag application is designed to help you identify any potential issues on your iOS device. If any issues are detected, the app will guide you to attempt to resolve them quickly and easily.
This is not a standalone app. The app must be used in conjunction with the GlobalCare desktop application accessible in selected retail stores.
How it works.
The app will execute a series of diagnostic tests on your device, in order to analyse key functions and features (e.g. camera, touchscreen, loudspeaker and microphone) and check that they operate properly.
At the end of the session, you’ll have access to a results summary screen and, if any issues have been detected, the app will propose simple troubleshooting steps to try and resolve them. If we are unable to fix any issues on the spot, you’ll have the possibility to book your device for repair and send it away to be checked by one of our experienced technicians.
